初めまして。
和菓子教室　四季　凛久庵
凛久と申します。

この度　かねてよりあたためておりました夢が実を結び、和菓子教室という形で庵を構えることとなりwebサイトをオープンいたしました。

杉並区久我山を拠点として、食べ終わっても心に残る四季の和菓子をみなさまと楽しく作って行きたいと思います。
ワークショップなど、気軽にご参加いただけるクラスから始めていきたいと思っておりますので、和菓子が好きで作ってみたい方、ぜひ、ご一緒にご自身の手で可愛いお菓子を作りましょう。

Wagashi is Japanese sweets has close relation with season,events throughout a year. The ingredients are very simple and easy to make even for the beginners using your own hands. Classes will teach you slowly and precisely also will use utensils or cooking tools familiar to your country then you can try at home after you have learned.
Main ingredients to be used at home the classses are,sugar,powder made from rice,adsukibeen,flour,agar,food coloring etc.
